General Terms & Conditions of Employment Contract:
- The pay of an employee who has been confirmed is reviewed each year, based on each employee’s performance as well as his salary market position. The payment of the salary increment is re-dated until January
- 1-month bonus for each year of service after the completion of the contract. (Initial 2-year contract; bonus payments are due after the completion of the 2-year contract.)
- 17 (17) days for every 12 months of continuous work. Leave entitlements will be pro-rated according to the month in service compatible with the calendar year.
- Outpatient: 14-14 working days per calendar year. Hospitalization is 60 days per an entire year (inclusive of any medical leave).
- Outpatient Max RM2,500 per year. Yearly Inpatient Max RM30,000 Year Dental & Optical RM 600 per year (upon confirmation) Employees should consult with the Medical Officer of the company or panel doctors. Hepatitis B Screening and vaccination are available.

- Minimum of 03 years of recent related working experience in the hospital setting.
- Specialized post-basic training in OT/ICU & Pediatrics will be preferred

Basic Monthly Salary:

- Hostel accommodation is free on a shared basis. basic facilities and utilities (water and electric) to be shared on an ad-hoc basis and borne by the employees.
- Not offered. The meals sold in the hospital cafeteria cost the subsidized price.

- 3 uniforms each year.
- RM220 shoe allowance per year.
- The initial contract (end of 12 months) (end of 12 months): Free flight ticket for return in economy class. The following contract (1 year) 1 year: Free return economy class flight ticket. If the employee leaves work before the expiration of the agreement the cost of home travel is the responsibility of the employee.

- 45 (45) hours per week, rotating shifts.
